Shipping costs
- Shipping within the European Union is free of charge.
- Shipping costs for deliveries outside the European Union are calculated individually at checkout (including VAT where applicable).
Delivery times
- Within Germany: 2 to 9 working days.
- Outside Germany: the average delivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery times abroad and on public holidays may differ.
- Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Returns and withdrawal
Returns from within the European Union are free of charge.
