Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use ventores.com, find information about our products and shop with us, regardless of disability or the device they use.

Legal status

UNLCKED UG (haftungsbeschränkt), the company behind Ventores, is a micro-enterprise within the meaning of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG). Micro-enterprises that provide services are exempt from the accessibility requirements of the BFSG. This statement is therefore voluntary. We still use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our guideline.

What we have implemented

Sufficient colour contrast for text and controls (checked in automated tests).
The website can be used with the keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
Images have text alternatives.
Each page has exactly one main heading (h1) and a logical heading structure.
The background video on the home page can be paused and respects the "reduce motion" setting of your device.

Known limitations

Captions for our videos (including the explainer videos) are in progress.
The checkout is provided by our shop system Shopify; we have limited influence on its design.

We have not yet had the website tested by an independent body.
