4 mm Dyneema® bungee, SoftSwivel, 140 cm.
Wingfoil · Leashes & footstraps
Wing, board, feet: three connections that decide your session. We rebuilt each one: metal-free, Dyneema®, the Wing Leash at only 45 g.
[01]Your wingfoil kit
The wing to your harness, the board to your belt, your feet in the straps, and the EasyConnector to link it all.

4 mm Dyneema® bungee, SoftSwivel, 140 cm.
Board → belt
Dual-layer cord designed to withstand foil edges. 200 cm.
Feet on the board
Designed to release under dangerous load.
Most popular: one per foot
Leash → harness · 3 g
3 mm Dyneema® loop, breaking load 400 kg.
[02]Why we built it
Most wingfoil leashes are adapted from older designs. We looked at what goes wrong on the water.
Many Dyneema® wing leashes pull a standard bungee through a Dyneema® tube. It frays from velcro contact and soaks up water.
To save weight, many leashes skip the swivel or use a metal one. The leash twists and forms loops.
On conventional rail guards, frequent opening, constant load and sand wear the velcro, which can lead to board loss.
A board leash sits close to a foil with sharp edges. A standard cord is not made for that.
Every gram and every millimetre of cord adds drag, in the air and in the water.
Footstraps give control, but in an uncontrolled drop they keep holding your foot.
Our answer
We took the materials and the metal-free swivel from our Future Leash and rebuilt each connection of the wingfoil set-up.
[03]When it counts
Out on the water, your wing and your board are your way back. After a fall, the wind does not wait.
A wing caught by the wind drifts away fast.
Kept under control, away from you and others.
Released when a drop loads them dangerously.
Each of these hangs on a single connection. If one fails, you are swimming, and a loose board with a foil is a risk for everyone around.
That's why we rebuilt every link, so you can trust it when it matters.
A leash is not a rescue device and does not replace swimming ability, knowledge of the sea and currents, or common sense.
[04]Wingfoil leash guide
Start with what you want to secure. Most riders combine all three.

[06]Wingfoil questions
Usually two: a Wing Leash from the wing to your harness or waist belt, and a Foil Board Leash from the board to your belt or harness.
To your harness or waist belt. The EasyConnector links it quickly and opens again easily, even after heavy loads.
Yes. It fits all standard boards with one-screw-per-side footstrap mounts, including wingfoil boards. Mounting screws and plates are not included.
No. A leash is not a rescue device and does not replace swimming ability, knowledge of the sea and currents, or common sense.
